I line manage the reserve team, control the budgets and have overall responsibility for reserve management. I am currently focusing on the development of the Titchwell Marsh coastal project and people engagement.

Jim Scott

I am the lead at Snettisham for management and conservation. I also manage the harrier protection scheme. This involves managing a fieldworker who protects and monitors Montagu’s harriers and marsh harriers in Norfolk and Lincolnshire. Additionally, I co-ordinate and manage the WeBS data for the whole of The Wash.

I support reserve work at all of the RSPB reserves in northwest Norfolk. My work ranges from survey and monitoring through to people engagement. I also lead in volunteer management and the residential volunteering scheme. I am currently focussing on the development of reedbed management at Titchwell.

I am involved in the promotion of the reserves in order to enhance the profile of the RSPB throughout north west Norfolk. I manage a team of people engagement volunteers who assist with the running of events and guided walks. I lead on media and public affairs work.
